Just watch his YouTube channel...that's the guy you are hiring to help buy or sell your home! What I liked best was that he didn't force his own opinions on your options like other agents do. He listens and asks questions to help find you the perfect home. When it comes down to making an offer, Will is an excellent negotiator and ally for getting you into your first-choice home. He and his team were very flexible and managed to set up a closing date the day after I closed on the sale of my home saving me thousands of headaches and thousands of dollars in moving expenses.
