“As my wife and I were looking at where we were planning on retiring, South Carolina quickly became the state of choice. We looked at 3 different areas of the state and finally decided on the Greenville area. As I was doing the research, I came across Will’s YouTube channel and started watching his videos on the different areas around Greenville. At the end of each of the videos Will gave his cell number, so I called. I was quickly connected with Yaneth who did an excellent and wonderful job of giving us the various pros and cons of the different areas. We had found a number of houses in the Anderson and Spartanburg area. We did a video call so that she understood what our needs were in a house.
