“As my wife and I were looking at where we were planning on retiring, South Carolina quickly became the state of choice. We looked at 3 different areas of the state and finally decided on the Greenville area. As I was doing the research, I came across Will’s YouTube channel and started watching his videos on the different areas around Greenville. At the end of each of the videos Will gave his cell number, so I called. I was quickly connected with Yaneth who did an excellent and wonderful job of giving us the various pros and cons of the different areas. We had found a number of houses in the Anderson and Spartanburg area. We did a video call so that she understood what our needs were in a house. We finally made arrangements to fly down (we were currently living in New Hampshire). Yaneth lined up showing for about 18 houses in the two areas. We started in Anderson and found the house that checked all the boxes. Yaneth then put the deal together and walked with us through each step in the process. She and the team from Will Sawyer’s office were fantastic. I would highly recommend Will and his team, especially Yaneth to anyone who is looking at buying a home in the upstate area.”
